Senior Recruiter

Joanne was born in England, but grew up in Boston, MA where she attended Stonehill College and received her bachelor’s degree in finance. She decided to escape the cold and moved to Miami after graduating where she started her career working in Real Estate Development for 10 years. Joanne started her family in Miami and later moved to Charlotte, NC where she currently resides with her husband and 3 daughters. After taking time off to raise her family and working intermittently through her consulting business she decided to become a Physician Recruiter. It didn’t take long for Joanne to jump right in and see there was a huge need to place Physicians, Nurses and Allied during and after the pandemic. Joanne’s passion lies in helping others and providing the highest quality of providers to her clients. Her attention to details and finance background have allowed her to achieve great success. When Joanne isn’t working, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
