Dan was born in Knoxville, Tennessee but moved to Florence, South Carolina at a young age where he grew up and lived until graduating high school. After attending the College of Charleston and later the University of South Carolina – Beaufort and earning a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Dan moved to Portland, Oregon where he coached baseball for 4 years and later worked in the construction industry before joining BAS Healthcare in June of 2022. In need of a change of career path, Dan chose to pursue healthcare recruiting because of his passion for relationship building, helping others, and being challenged daily.

In his free time, Dan can be found watching and coaching baseball or in the outdoors rock climbing, hiking, or snowboarding. Dan has never met a stranger and values the importance of making and maintaining connections in an effort to see growth and make long, lasting impacts on those around him.
