Opportunity: Employed Full Scope OB/Gyn opportunity to join 3 other seasoned OB/Gyns. The group is looking to expand to 5 providers in 2019. The physician should be Board Eligible or Board Certified. Services will be delivered at the local hospital fully equipped with robotics and state-of-the-art technology. Average patient census of 20-24 per day.
Compensation: Guarantee 2-year base salary of $300,000 + depending on experience. Partnership option the third year. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 – $20,000, and relocation up to $10,000. The average compensation of the OB/Gyn department is $380,000 per provider, once you become a partner. Full benefits package and additional details to be discussed.
