Opportunity- Seeking a Movement Disorder Neurologist with fellowship training to add to our busy urban setting in Philadelphia, PA. The division has an accredited residency program to compliment the practice and provide academic opportunities for its attendings.
Movement Disorder Fellowship is required, and physicians should have the desire to Teach
Call 1:5 (1 Week on 4 Weeks off.) Practice is 90% Clinical, with an extremely Supportive Office Staff. 40/20 New/Established Patient Encounter Times, and 60/30 For Sub-Specialty Clinics. Candidates should be proficient in All Aspects of General Neurology. First Year Caseload is 40% of Specialty Interest. 2nd Year Caseload Increases to 80% of Specialty Interest. There is a PA on staff for Hospital Coverage, NP for Office Coverage. Separate Neuro Hospitalist Program Covers All Stroke Related Admissions (You Don’t Cover Stroke Call). The Department Has 13 Neurologists. Teaching of Residents – Neurology Residency (9 Residents)
