Location: This University town with a population of over 100,000 is located in East Central Illinois. It is just a short 2-hour drive to Chicago and Indianapolis, and a 3-hour drive to St. Louis. This well-educated city offers lots of culture and entertainment. There is excellent education opportunities for all ages, top-notch health care organizations, cheap housing and excellent recreational activities.

Facility: Central Illinois regional health system focused on efficiently providing patients access to world class, quality healthcare. Trauma Center, 350 plus bed magnet-recognized hospital, academic center and Top 100 Hospital in the nation.

Opportunity: Consult & Liaison opportunity to join a dynamic department that consists of 4 Child Psychiatrists, 7 Adults Psychiatrists, 11 Ph.D. Psychologists, 13 Therapists, 14 Social Workers, three Nurse Practitioners and two Psychometricians. Max of 14 patients per day. 60 to 90 new patient evaluations. Call is 1:5 weekdays and 1:4 weekends. No ER call. Opportunity to do some Psychotherapy work, outpatient, addiction, geriatric and inpatient if desired. Psych Residency on site. Teaching available & academic appointment. EPIC EMR.
